St. Charles College Historic District is a historic Roman Catholic church seminary and national historic district at Catonsville, Baltimore County, Maryland, United States. The main complex consists of six interconnected buildings, three of which form the central group: Chapel, Administration Building, and Old Dormitory.
In 1848, St. Charles College opened with four students and two faculty members. By 1865, the college had 45 students from the Archdiocese of Baltimore in addition to students from other dioceses. By 1876, the number of students grew so large that Archbishop Bayley encouraged the Sulpician community to expand St. Charles College.

The St. Charles College ruins are located at the southeast corner of St. Charles Place and Terra Maria Way in north-central Howard County, Maryland.
