Charles, Margrave of Burgau, also known as Charles of Austria, (22 November 1560 at Křivoklát Castle in Bohemia – 30 October 1618 in Überlingen), was the son of Archduke Ferdinand II of Austria and his first morganatic marriage to Philippine Welser.

Carlos de Austria (1560 – 1618), marqués de Burgau, casado con Sibila de Cléveris (1557 - 1627), hija de Guillermo V el Rico de Cleves. Felipe de Austria (1562 - 1563). María de Austria (1562 - 1563), melliza de Felipe.
Casó el 4 de marzo de 1601 con su primo Carlos II de Austria, margrave de Burgau. Era uno de los hijos morganáticos de su tío materno, el archiduque Fernando II del Tirol. Este matrimonio no tuvo descendencia. Se trasladaron a Gunzburgo, donde se establecieron, y permaneció allí después de la muerte de su marido en octubre de 1618.
