Andy Stack and Jay Hammond’s Inter Personal is a record of seven meditative electro-acoustic duo improvisations. The tone of the record straddles two worlds — one of glitchy synthesizers and pointillistic drums, and the other of languid, lyrical guitar and droning organ pedals.

Andy Stack spent the past few years doing gigs in New York City, staying busy as a session player, doing gigs with various bands, and even working in the orchestra pit for Broadway productions. But he needed something more. Looking to change things up, he formed Buffalo Stack, which recently released its self-titled debut album.
Wye Oak is an American indie rock duo from Baltimore composed of Andy Stack (drums, keyboards, backup vocals) and Jenn Wasner (vocals, guitars and bass). Their sound has been described as "earnest folk-influenced indie rock with touches of noise and dream pop" as well as indie folk.
