In 2001, Faster Pussycat reformed with original members Downe (vocals), Muscat (guitar) and Steele (guitar), alongside Downe's former Newlydeads bandmates Xristian Simon (guitar), Danny Nordahl (bass) and Chad Stewart (drums). Nordahl had also played in the Throbs, and Nordahl and Chad Stewart also both play in Motochrist.
Danny Nordahl, also known as Slim Tender, is the bassist of Faster Pussycat, a LA glam rock band led by Taime Downe. He has played with various bands and genres, from punk to industrial, and is a roadie for The Ramones.

Danny Nordahl is now in Faster Pussycat, and was in The Newlydeads with three of his current Faster Pussycat bandmates, and in Motochrist, N-Y loose and Tracii Guns 's version of L.A. Guns. He also was one of the passing members of Angels in Vain.

When everybody else figured flashy rock’n’roll was dead in the sour-puss 90s, this dude carried the torch. And given ten more years in the trenches, it’ll probably kill him. And he’ll probably be fine with that.
