Ricardo Francisco Eichmann (nacido el 2 de noviembre de 1955) es un arqueólogo argentino nacionalizado alemán. Fue director del Departamento de Oriente del Instituto Arqueológico Alemán entre 1996 y 2020 y anteriormente profesor de arqueología del Oriente Próximo en la Universidad de Tubinga .

Ricardo Francisco Eichmann (born November 2, 1955) is an Argentine-born German archaeologist. He was the director of the Orient Department of the German Archaeological Institute between 1996 and 2020 and previously a professor of Near Eastern archaeology at the University of Tübingen.

Since 1998 he is co-editor of Studien zur Musikarchäologie (Studies in Music Archaeology). His research interests include music archaeology of the Near East and Egypt and building research in the Near East.
