Ilsa Konrads (Latvian: Ilze Konrade; born 29 March 1944) is an Australian former freestyle swimmer of the 1950s and 1960s, who won a silver medal in the 4×100-metre freestyle relay at the 1960 Summer Olympics.

Ilsa Konrads (b. 1944), swimmer and editor, came to Australia with her family from Latvia when she was five. She and her brother Jon began swimming at Bankstown Pool, and were tagged 'the Konrads kids' as they developed into champions.

John Konrads won the 1500m freestyle at the Rome Olympics in 1960 and Ilsa was a disappointing 4th behind Hall of Famers Chris Von Saltza and Dawn Fraser. The Konrads stay at the top was brief but so brilliant it has never quite been equaled.
