Josef Oberhauser (Múnich, 20 de septiembre de 1915 – Múnich, 22 de noviembre de 1979) fue un militar alemán, oficial de las SS durante la Alemania nazi. Participó del Holocausto judío durante la Segunda Guerra Mundial, siendo además la única persona sentenciada por los crímenes de guerra realizados en el campo de exterminio en Belzec.
Josef Kaspar Oberhauser (20 September 1915 – 22 November 1979) was a low-ranking German SS commander during the Nazi era. He participated in Action T4 and Operation Reinhard. Oberhauser was the only person to be successfully convicted of crimes committed at the Belzec extermination camp.

Josef (« Sepp ») Kaspar Oberhauser (né le 21 janvier 1915 à Munich, mort le 22 novembre 1979 dans la même ville) était membre de la Schutzstaffel (SS), nommé Obersturmführer (lieutenant) en janvier 1945, et a pris part à l'Aktion T4 et l'Aktion Reinhardt.
Josef Oberhauser (21 Jan. 1915 – 22 Nov. 1979) was an SS Untersturmführer at war’s end. From 1939 until August 1941, he was responsible at various locations for cremating the bodies of persons who had been killed during the so-called Euthanasia Program.
The Belzec trial in Munich lasted only three days from 18 January – 21 January 1963 Only Josef Oberhauser was found guilty and sentenced to four and a half years imprisonment, the following SS men were acquitted: Werner Dubois. Erich Fuchs.
