Originally the duo of Mary Nance (November 7, 1947 – November 24, 2019) and Maury Manseau, the group later added the rhythm section of bassist Larry Sims and drummer Merel Bregante and signed to Imperial Records, releasing their debut album in 1967.

En el año 1968 sacaron al mercado su infravalorado y valioso segundo LP, “Sunshine Company” (1968), álbum con temas tan aprovechables como el sencillo “Look, Here Comes The Sun” (número 56) y su magnífica cara B “It’s Sunday”.
