Auguste Marie François Beernaert (Ostende, 26 de julio de 1829 – Lucerna, 6 de octubre de 1912 en ) fue un jurista y político belga. Auguste Beernaert was a Belgian statesman, lawyer, and pacifist who served as prime minister, finance minister, and president of the Chamber of Representatives. He also played a key role in international arbitration and codification of law, and received the Nobel Peace Prize in 1909 for his contributions to peace and disarmament.
