Lawrence Dundas, 1st Marquess of Zetland, KT, PC, JP, DL (16 August 1844 – 11 March 1929), known as Lawrence Dundas until 1873 and as The Earl of Zetland from 1873 to 1892, was a British hereditary peer and Conservative statesman. He was Lord Lieutenant of Ireland between 1889 and 1892.

His nephew Lawrence Dundas (1844-1929) became the 3rd Earl of Zetland and subsequently, the 1st Marquess of Zetland. He married Lady Lilian Lumley, daughter of the 9th Earl of Scarbrough. He was promoted to the marquesate in 1892 following his term of office as Lord Lieutenant of Ireland between 1889-1892.

Lawrence succeeded his father as the 2nd Baron Dundas, 14 June 1820 and was created Earl of Zetland, 2 July 1838. His descendents included Lawrence John Lumley Dundas, second marquess of Zetland (1876–1961), administrator in India (including Governor of Bengal, 1917–1922), politician, and author.
