Rachel Treweek, the former Archdeacon of Hackney, has been consecrated as the Bishop of Gloucester at a service held in Canterbury Cathedral. Rachel becomes the first female Diocesan Bishop in the Church of England and will be the first woman Bishop to sit in the House of Lords.
