Marc Trevor Tessier-Lavigne OC FRS FRSC FMedSci (born December 18, 1959) is a Canadian-American neuroscientist who was the eleventh president of Stanford University. Previously, he was a professor at the University of California, San Francisco and then president of Rockefeller University in New York City.
