Alain Robbe-Grillet (Brest, Bretaña; 18 de agosto de 1922-Caen, Normandía; 18 de febrero de 2008) fue un escritor y cineasta francés. Fue el principal teórico y animador del movimiento literario llamado nouveau roman (traducido como nueva novela).
