Ida Helmi Tuulikki Pietilä [1] (Seattle, Washington, Estados Unidos; 18 de febrero de 1917-Helsinki; 23 de febrero de 2009 [2] ) fue una artista gráfica y profesora finlandesa. Tuulikki Pietilä was the role model and inspiration for the character Too-ticky, introduced in the book Moominland Midwinter. “At last I’ve found my way to the one I want to be with,” writes Tove Jansson in one of her first letters to the graphic artist Tuulikki Pietilä in June 1956.

Hän oli suomalaisen taidegrafiikan keskeisimpiä vaikuttajia. 60 vuoden ajan hän osallistui lukuisiin taidenäyttelyihin ja toimi 1956–1960 myös opettajana Taideakatemian koulussa .
