Sebastian Hoeneß (Múnich, Alemania Occidental, 12 de mayo de 1982) es un exfutbolista y entrenador alemán. Actualmente dirige al VfB Stuttgart de la Bundesliga alemana. Como futbolista ocupaba la posición de centrocampista y jugó gran parte de su carrera en el Hertha de Berlín II.
