The Nursing Program is a two-year program that prepares graduates to take The National Council Licensure Examina-tion (NCLEX-RN) to become a registered nurse (RN). Registered nurses work in a team with other healthcare professionals to provide care for clients in a variety of healthcare settings.
Prerequisites for admission into the nursing program include: All required developmental coursework (math, reading and writing sequence). Pre 100: Preparation for Academic Achievement. Completion of BIO 202, BIO 203 and BIO 212. A grade of "C" or better must be achieved in all science courses.
