Gary Ernest Smith was born in 1942, in Baker City, Oregon, an unassuming town in the rural heart of the Columbia plateau’s high desert that stretches across eastern Oregon, Washington and western Idaho. The rural setting of the Northwest became ground zero for the artwork of Smith.

May 24th- July 21st 2024 Towards Home: The Art Of Gary Ernest Smith. The show will run from May 24th through July 21st, and Towards Home will be a 80 -piece show of retrospective work of Gary's, including pieces he did in High School. A selection of Gary's sculptures will also be on display.
