Where's Charley? is the musical version of Charley's Aunt, a popular show about cross dressing set in the Victorian Era when manners meant a lot more than they do now. It was star Ray Bolger's favorite of his movies. Just like the Jack Benny version, it has slow spots, and this one was less frantic than that one so therefore less funny.
