Betty is the third studio album by American alternative metal band Helmet, released in 1994 by Interscope Records. It is Helmet's highest charting album in the US. The album was highly anticipated by both music critics and fans as a result of the band's success with the previous album, Meantime. Rob Echeverria replaced Peter Mengede on guitar.

Helmet's third album Betty is usually considered to be their most experimental album. Listening to it, it is not hard to see why. In addition to Helmet's typical heavy-as-bricks alternative metal sound, we see forays into jazz and blues territory on songs such as Beautiful Love (which in fact is an old jazz song from the 1930's), and Sam Hell.
