Unfortunately, its tone is all over the place and the film can never decide whether it wants to horrify you, make you laugh, or extract drama and tears from the situation.
Observe and Report is your typical underdog story executed in the most unconventional manner. Despite its fair share of cliches and cheese, Observe and Report has all the necessary ingredients and risk-taking factors to guarantee 90 minutes of good time with a strong ensemble performance and a rather offbeat storyline.
