Norma Anderson and Burt Lancaster were married on December 28, 1946 in Yuma, Arizona. They had five children including screenwriter Bill Lancaster [1947-1997]. She and Lancaster separated on January 4, 1966. She was awarded custody of the three minor children, and they divided the community property, valued at over two million dollars.
