John Qualen, oik. Johan Mandt Kvalen ( 8. joulukuuta 1899 – 12. syyskuuta 1987) oli kanadalais-yhdysvaltalainen näyttelijä. Qualen urodził się w rodzinie norweskich imigrantów w Vancouver w Kolumbii Brytyjskiej ( Kanada) jako Johan Mandt Kvalen, jednakże jego ojciec zdecydował później o zmianie rodzinnego nazwiska na "Qualen".
