Anyway, I bought this compilation a few years ago when I was going through a bit of a Clash-listening phase, my logic being ‘Mick Jones is in both the bands, so therefore Big Audio Dynamite must come somewhere in the same realm as The Clash'. My hypothesis proved incorrect, as I don’t find Big Audio Dynamite’s music that enjoyable at all.

"Rush" has an extremely memorable and catchy chorus - "Situation no win/ Rush for a change of atmosphere," and it even managed to become a Top 40 hit, peaking at #32 in 1991.

The group's original incarnation included Jones, video artist and Clash associate Don Letts (effects and vocals), Greg Roberts (drums), Dan Donovan (keyboards), and Leo "E-Zee Kill" Williams (bass).
