Taking place in isolation, the characters aimlessly wander their external grounds and internal plight, only to find themselves confronting an unspeakable truth that’ll cause many of them to turn to violence.
The Winter Lake is indeed slow, but it doesn't have enough in its tank to sustain that measured pacing for any length of time, leaving things flat. Full Review | Jun 6, 2021.
