Communication and Language. Physical Development. Our nursery is for children aged 2 years-old and entry to pre-school is from the term following the child’s second birthday. Eligibility for a 2+ nursery space is based on those pupils entitled to the early years pupil premium. Eligibility can be confirmed by contacting the school office.
Bournville School is an academy.It has about 660 boys and girls aged between 4 and 16. (See here for details of the secondary school.) In November 2021 the school was rated ‘Requires Improvement’ by Ofsted.

9:41 pm. ‘Griffinian’ is the term used to describe those staff or students who once attended or worked at Bournville School, a name which derives from the school emblem; a griffin. A group of over 1,000 belong to the Griffinians and all of them have a great fondness and attachment to the school as well as memorable stories of their experiences.
