James Coburn plays the title character and he's pretty good and he's matched by Lee J. Cobb who plays his exasperated boss. The film itself though is overall just kind of okay. It has a few good laughs and is too long and sometimes it forgets to be a comedy. Still, this is entertaining enough for a mild recommendation.
