He appeared in two episodes of Hogan's Heroes, Colonel Klink's Secret Weapon as Sergeant Reinhold Franks, and Guess Who Came To Dinner as Otto von Krubner. He died of pulmonary and stroke complications on October 21, 2006, four days before his 88th birthday.
