  7. Chiharu “Chick” Igaya is a Japanese National who was born in 1935. He became a superb alpine skier. Coming to the United States in 1952 to further his education, Chick entered Dartmouth College. He skied on the Dartmouth Ski Team for four years and was elected captain of the Dartmouth Team in 1957.
