First Family 4 Life is the third studio album by American hip hop duo M.O.P. from Brownsville, New York. It was released on August 11, 1998 via Relativity Records. DJ Premier produced five songs on the album and also serves as an executive producer of the project (with Laze E Laze).

Lil' Fame and Billy Danzenie have generated buzz before, but not until First Family 4 Life have they been successful in putting together an end-to-end coherent album.
It includes guest appearances by Freddie Foxxx, O.C., Heather B., Jay-Z, Treach (of Naughty by Nature), Teflon and Gang Starr. The album peaked at #80 on the US Billboard 200 chart and #14 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart.
