Kéba Mbaye (5 August 1924 – 11 January 2007) was a Senegalese judge and member of both the International Olympic Committee and the International Court of Justice. Mbaye was born in Kaolack, French Senegal on 5 August 1924. He was a member of the International Olympic Committee from 1973 to 2002.
Passionné par le sport – tennis et golf notamment –, Kéba Mbaye est Vice-président du Comité National Olympique du Sport du Sénégal (CNOSS) ; Secrétaire général du Comité d’organisation des jeux de l’Amitié de 1963 à Dakar.
Kéba Mbaye était à la fois un juge, un juriste et un Professeur. Juge, c’est son statut professionnel pour lequel il s’est investi et s’est fait connaître. Il fait partie des bâtisseurs de l’institution judiciaire au Sénégal et son nom reste à jamais attaché au statut de la magistrature.
