Richard Folsom Cleveland (October 28, 1897 – January 10, 1974) was an American lawyer and civic leader who spent his career with the law firm of Semmes, Bowen & Semmes. [2] [3] He was the son of President Grover Cleveland .

Cleveland set his first American record in the 110-yard freestyle at the National AAU Championships in 1950 with a time of 58.2. He was named to the U.S. team to compete in an invitational meet in Japan.
