D. V. Moanda (born Vital Moanda-di-Veta, 11 October 1948 – 10 January 1984) was a prominent figure of Congolese music. He was best known for being one of the co-founders, alongside Henri Mongombe, Marcellin Delo and André Bita, of the influential Congolese rumba band Zaïko Langa Langa in December 1969.
