Yordanka Lyubchova Donkova (Bulgarian: Йорданка Любчова Донкова; born 28 September 1961) is a Bulgarian former hurdling athlete, notable for winning an Olympic gold medal and bronze medal as well as nine medals at European indoor and outdoor championships.
Yordanka Donkova is a Bulgarian former athlete who won the 100 metres hurdles gold medal at the 1988 Olympic Games. She also holds the world record of 12.21 seconds in the event and won several other medals in sprint and heptathlon events.
The dominant sprint hurdler of the late 1980s, Yordanka Donkova officially lowered the world record in the 100 m hurdles four times, and had one other unofficial world record, which could not be ratified because of a dope testing irregularity when the bottle sample was broken in transit.

Yordanka Donkova took the 100m Hurdles event by storm during 1986, winning the gold medal at the European Championships and lowering the world record three times. Donkova continued that form into 1987, setting a time of 12.33sec, which only she had ever beaten, early in the season on 14 June.
