  4. Years active: 1991-1994, 2011-? Despite common belief, the band was not formed after the demise of Ray Gillen's project Badlands and Mike Starr's departure from Alice in Chains. According to Al Romano in the booklet of Lost Tracks, Sun Red Sun had existed since 1991 with him on vocals.

  6. Huge mistake on my part! It was pointed out to me that Mike Starr left the band in 94, about 8 years before Layne died. The bassist in this video is Mike Inez, his replacement. Starr was with the band during Facelift (1990), Dirt (1992), and Jar of Flies (1994).
