The Division of Theatre & Film and Media was established for the first time in South Korea in 1960, One of the top and the best film school in Korea, and had many alumni in the field of South Korean film and K-pop industry.
It aims to introduce students to cultivate an appreciation of Korean film, TV drama and music as a complex form of popular culture. The class involves film/video screening, class discussions, reports, in-class analysis exercises and written assignments.
