Tobias Forge (Linköping, Suecia, 3 de marzo de 1981) es un músico y cantante sueco conocido por ser el vocalista de la banda de heavy metal Ghost bajo el nombre de Cardinal Copia/Papa Emeritus. Su identidad como Papa Emeritus fue confirmada en 2017 a raíz de una demanda de parte de sus antiguos compañeros de banda.

He is the leader and primary songwriter of the masked Occult-rock band Ghost , performing live as their vocalist under the stage names Papa Emeritus and Cardinal Copia .
