Aviva Chomsky (born April 20, 1957) is an American professor, historian, author, and activist. She is a professor of history and the Coordinator of Latin American, Latino and Caribbean Studies at Salem State University in Massachusetts.

Filla gran dels lingüistes Noam i Carol Chomsky, Aviva Chomsky va obtenir la seva llicenciatura en espanyol i portuguès a la Universitat de Califòrnia a Berkeley el 1982.
