Siti Oetari (1905–1986) adalah putri sulung Hadji Oemar Said Tjokroaminoto, pemimpin Sarekat Islam sekaligus merupakan istri dari Presiden Indonesia pertama Soekarno. Soekarno menikahi Oetari usianya belum genap 20 tahun. Siti Oetari sendiri waktu itu berumur 16 tahun ketika Soekarno menikahi Oetari pada tahun 1921 di Surabaya.
