Frank Palumbo (May 23, 1911 – February 12, 1983) was an American power broker, political boss, entrepreneur, and racketeer in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He is best known as the owner of Palumbo's, an entertainment complex in South Philadelphia, Nostalgia's Restaurant and the Click Club.
After the release of When Love Met Destruction, bassist Frank Polumbo departed Motionless in White due to unknown reasons, leaving Bellevue, Washington native, Ricky "Horror" Olson as their new permanent bass player in October 2009.

Founded in 2005 by Chris Cerulli on guitar and lead vocals, Frank Polumbo on guitar, Angelo Parente on drums and Kyle White on bass, the band had conceived of other names but settled on Motionless in White, derived from the Eighteen Visions song “Motionless and White”.
