Chuck Parker “55”. Chuck Parker first arrived on the national stage driving a bright red 1955 Chevrolet on the show Street Outlaws, which became popular on the Discovery Channel. The chrome blowers stood tall directly in front of the windshield and instantly captivated the entire racing world.
