Hasim Sharif Rahman (born November 7, 1972) is an American former professional boxer who competed from 1994 to 2014. He is a two-time world heavyweight champion, having held the unified WBC, IBF, IBO and lineal titles in 2001; and the WBC title again from 2005 to 2006.
Hasim Rahman is a retired American boxer who fought as a heavyweight from 1994 to 2014. He won the WBC and IBF titles by defeating Lennox Lewis in 2002, but lost them to Oleg Maskaev and James Toney in his next fights.

With the retirement of WBC Heavyweight Champion Vitali Klitschko, Rahman was upgraded to full WBC Heavyweight Champion on November 9, 2005.
