Glenn Ingvar Hysén ( pronounced [hʏˈseːn]; born 30 October 1959) is a Swedish former professional footballer who played as a defender. Starting off his career with IFK Göteborg in 1978, he went on represent PSV Eindhoven, Fiorentina, and Liverpool before retiring at GAIS in 1994.

Glenn Ingvar Hysén, född den 30 oktober 1959 i Biskopsgården i Göteborg, är en svensk före detta professionell fotbollsspelare . Med två vunna Guldbollar och sammanlagt 68 landskamper [1] var han en av Sveriges största spelare under 1980-talet.
Hysén was voted Man of the Match on his Liverpool debut in the 1989 Charity Shield against Arsenal at Wembley. He had an excellent first season and was an important member of the club's championship-winning squad. However, Hysén's cool and calculated performances seemed to evaporate the following season but even so he made a further 40 appearances.
