Moeen Munir Ali OBE (born 18 June 1987) is an English cricketer who serves as vice-captain for England in limited overs cricket. He played Test cricket for England between 2014 and 2023, when he became only the 16th person to hit 3,000 runs and take 200 wickets in Tests.
Moeen Ali is a left-handed batter and offspinner who played 64 Tests and 85 ODIs for England. He was part of the 2015 World Cup-winning squad and scored four centuries in 2016, as well as taking 200 Test wickets and 193 dismissals of Virat Kohli.
