Bio. David Mark Berger was born on May 24, 1944 in Cleveland, Ohio, in the United States. David earned three college degrees including a Juris Doctorate, was a bronze and gold medalist in the 1965 and 1969 Maccabiah Games, and won first place in the 1969 U.S. Junior Nationals Middleweight Weightlifting Competition.
