Christopher Philip James Elmore (born 23 December 1983) is a Welsh Labour Party politician who has been Member of Parliament (MP) for Ogmore since 2016. In the 2024 United Kingdom general election , he is the Labour candidate in Bridgend .
Chris Elmore is the former MP for Ogmore and the current Labour candidate for Bridgend & Porthcawl in the 2024 General Election. He is also a Private Member of Parliament who passed the Paternity Leave (Bereavement) Bill in 2023.
