I am delighted to welcome you to the new Queen Elizabeth School. In choosing us you will encounter an aspirational school bursting with a vibrancy and passion for everyone to succeed. We are ambitious for our students.
What will I study? PAPER 1: Exploration in creative reading and writing. Section A: Reading Section - an extract from a work of fiction with 4 comprehension questions. Section B: Writing - Writing Section - descriptive or narrative writing. PAPER 2: Writer’s viewpoints and perspectives.
Queen Elizabeth School (formerly Ashcroft High School) is a coeducational secondary school located in the Crawley Green area of Luton in the English county of Bedfordshire.
We are Luton’s newest sixth form, offering students the opportunity to achieve their potential. Our mission is to empower and equip you, so you are future ready for the life and career ahead of you.
Congratulations to the class of 2023 who have achieved exceptional results this year! In 9 subjects, including Physics, Biology and Chemistry, an incredible 100% of students attained 9-5. Headteacher Mrs McPherson commented: We are immensely proud of the achievement of our Year 11 students.
