Amel Tuka (born 9 January 1991) is a Bosnian middle-distance runner who competes in the 800 metres. His achievements include a silver medal at the 2019 World Championships as well as a bronze medal at the 2015 World Championships. Tuka holds national records in the 400 m and 800 m disciplines.

Cabe aclarar que como parte de la extinta Yugoslavia sí ganaron medallas pero desde que debutaron como una nación independiente en Barcelona 1992 no han podido ganar ninguna medalla.
One of the best years of Amel was definitely the year 2015 – he won bronze medal at the World Championships in Beijing and he broke his previous national record from 1:46.12 to 1:42.51! Another big achievement came in 2019 when Amel won silver medal at the World Championships in Doha.
