5 de jun. de 2022 · Locked out of Activision account due to 2 Factor Authentication working. Over a year ago I changed phones and put the 2FA app from Google onto my new phone. I tried logging in to my Activision/CoD account and 2FA didn't work and none of the back-up codes worked. When this happened I tried Activision support but no one has got back to me.
31 de may. de 2021 · When I try to unlink him from the account it says... “This platform account is currently ineligible for manual unlinking because it has been previously unlinked within the last 12 months.”. This seems like a simple fix if I could just get some support from activision. The ambassadors can’t really help and the chat never seems to work anyway.

22 de jun. de 2023 · There's a ticket system but the people that run Activision's "support" are a bunch of 3rd party hacks that have absolutely no control over anything. When i got shadowbanned i submitted a ticket and they just say "they don't share that information with us". Useless. Ricochet is a stupid anti-cheat because it just takes you pissing one person off ...
XB (Xbox Account B) was linked to AA (Activision Account A) I was trying to unlink these accounts so I could try and re-link the the correct way around. In the end, I basically renamed the Activision Accounts by changing their emails, gamer tag, name and passwords so that the Activision Accounts then matched their already linked XBox accounts.
19 de sept. de 2021 · As a result, google was filtering them out and not even sending the emails to my spam folder. If you have gmail, go to your settings and look for the menu for "Filters and Blocked Addresses." In that menu, I was able to stop blocking activision emails. I'm experiencing the exact same issue.

I had someone reply to me within 15 minutes and after proving I had access to the Activision and Xbox accounts, they allowed me to reset my email with them. Try this link and be thorough in your explanation. Make sure you auto-log into your Activision account through the browser when it opens the link. Hope this helps!
