27 de dic. de 2015 · In The Godfather II, when Fredo leads the group of people to a club in La Habana, a show is presented where a man with a cape appears in the scene with a couple of women (if I recall correctly). Does anyone knows if this show is for real or just something made up for the movie?
26 de dic. de 2017 · Fredo says he doesn't know them, and that night when Michael introduces him to Johnny Ola, they feign ignorance about knowing each other. Not long after Fredo takes the group to the Superman show and nonchalantly lets it slip that Johnny Ola had previously taken him there. He also lets slip Roth's name.

30 de ago. de 2014 · No where is Fredo present in those scenes. In the book, Fredo is listed, by name, as being at the wake. "and of course, the Don's sons" was the phrase used for the funeral. And the burial was only a few paragraphs, with no mention of Fredo. Of course, that doesn't mean that Puzo expected him not to attend, just that he wasn't integral to the event.
1 de ago. de 2019 · In The Godfather Part II, at some point during the events in Vito's past, his child was sick.. In the book, there is no implication that Fredo is of below average intelligence but in both The Godfather films, Fredo is pretty clearly slow and in more than one scene behaves not just "weak" but frankly dumb: Vegas when he suggests a clueless solution to Michael's disagreement with Moe.
17 de feb. de 2013 · First of all, I haven't read the book (shame on me). I remember one of the last scenes of Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King shows Frodo, Gandalf, Bilbo and some others leave by ship.
27 de ene. de 2023 · When Fredo and the Don stop to buy fruit at that little shop in The Godfather, it seems like a spur-of-the-moment decision, and not like Paulie could have known it in advance. I suppose it theoretically could have been a shop the Don visited frequently, but I'm still wondering if Paulie maybe did anything else to "sell out" the Don that was implied somehow and I just missed it.
