Hakan AYDIN obtained his undergraduate degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering in 1993, followed by two Master’s degrees in Software Engineering in 2003 and International Relations in 2005, respectively. He earned his PhD in Information Management from Hacettepe University in 2017.
